Favourite spots for Silvia Müller from Ostfriesland Tourismus GmbH:

The Bünting Teemuseum in Leer is definitely worth a visit. Visitors can sample the famous East Frisian tea with "Kluntje" (sugar) and "Wulkje" (cream) here.

See East Frisia from above: climbing the lighthouse in Campen and taking in the views is a unique experience. After 308 steps reaching a height of 65 metres, you will be rewarded with a fantastic view over the coast in Krummhörn. In good weather, visitors can even see as far as the Netherlands.

On the terrace of the old Kurhaus restaurant in Dangast, diners can take in the views of the Jadebusen bay while enjoying the legendary rhubarb cake, which is famous far beyond East Frisia's borders.
