Let us combine our original knowledge of life in and with nature with new knowledge so that we can move safely in the wilderness and feel at home out there again. Reading and interpreting tracks and traces correctly is a skill that many people have unfortunately almost forgotten. But with a little knowledge of typical characteristics, it is not that difficult! You will be amazed at how much a field track or a forest path can reveal upon closer inspection if you know how to "read" tracks and traces correctly.
