With the Peace Route (Friedensroute), the Teuto-Ems Border Crosser Route (Grenzgängerroute Teuto-Ems) and the Weser Cycle Route (Weser-Radweg), Niedersachsen is home to three four-star quality routes certified by the ADFC (German Cyclists’ Association). The Weser Cycle Route has even been voted Germany’s most popular cycle path, closely followed by the Elbe Cycle Route (Elberadweg).
