Experience the Freeden blossom via the "Kleiner Freeden" and the refuge on Georgplatz

From the hiking parking lot, a short access path leads directly to the hiking trail over the ridge of the "Kleiner Freeden". In April, the blossom of the hollow larkspur transforms the forest floor of the ridge into a veritable sea of flowers. But a hike through the Freeden forest is also worthwhile before or after the Freeden blossoms. From the Wellenliege on the edge of the forest south of the "Großer Freeden", you can enjoy a beautiful view as far as the "Kleiner Berg" to Bad Laer
