The Stimbekhof

If you are looking for peace and nature, you will find it here from sunrise to sunset. Experience the starry night sky. Wonderful hiking and cycling trails, such as the Heidschnuckenweg and the Jacobsweg, lead past the Stimbekhof. The Wilseder Berg is just a stone's throw away.

Sleep directly under thatch in a Lower Saxon monument. All of the 27 rooms & suites are decorated in a modern, charming country house style, each individually designed.  Because the rooms & suites are framed with great attention to detail in the walls of the courtyard ensemble, some of which are over 100 years old. Natural, open buildings, lattice windows and discreetly creaking floorboards are a must. Elegant furnishings and decorative elements give each room a homely atmosphere.

The heart of the area is the Schnuckenstall, where you will receive the "key to happiness" on arrival. In the afternoons and evenings, things get culinary and delicious here: in the waffle bakery, for example, the popular apple and spelt waffles are on the menu. From Mondays to Saturdays, there is a small, fine evening meal with delicacies from the region such as bread from the wood-fired oven bakery, fresh dips, Heidschnucken bites, a refreshing salad, organic demeter cheese and a homemade, comforting and warming soup.
