In 2020, the tourist information office was once again inspected and recertified by a trained surveyor from the nationwide standardized labeling and certification system "Reisen für Alle". The system stands for detailed and verified information in the area of accessibility.
The entire customer area of the tourist information office is largely barrier-free and accessible via a ramp. Two parking spaces for people with disabilities are available in front of the building.
The tourist information counter is also accessible for people with disabilities so that we can advise guests. Public sanitary facilities for people with disabilities are also available in the adjoining Wandelhalle.
