From Rulle over the Wiehen Hills, past moors, along Lake Dümmer, and through the Dammer Mountains

In Rulle, north of Osnabrück, this circular tour starts. It leads over the heights of the Wiehen Hills, past quiet moors, and along extensive river landscapes.

From the starting point, it first goes northeast over the initial climbs in the Wiehen Hills before the route descends to the Mittelland Canal. After crossing the canal, flat sections along the Hunte River and through the Ochsenmoor await.

Around Lake Dümmer, the route climbs again and reaches the Dammer Mountains. After the challenging section, a long descent to Damme rewards you, where cozy cafés invite you to take a break.

The return path goes through the Campemoor and finally back into the forests of the Wiehen Hills. In the last kilometers, climbs and descents alternate before the circular tour ends at the starting point in Rulle.
