Built very close to the water: This route runs along the Weser current and through the Osterstade.

The route runs through Osterstade, a marshland interspersed with moors and heathlands.

On the Weser circular route you cycle directly along the Weser dike and can enjoy the magnificent view over more than 12 km. For a change of perspective, simply take the Weser ferry from Sandstedt to Brake to the opposite side and look at the Weser dike from a different angle.

In the municipality of Hagen im Bremischen, it is worth getting off the saddle in two places. The brick castle "Castle of Hagen" from the 16th century offers a varied cultural program year-round and can be visited. Furthermore, one of the most impressive neo-Gothic church buildings from 1897, the Martin Luther Church, is located there.
