The municipal pool is an Epassi partner (formerly Hansefit).
This sports and family pool is located right on Lake Salzgitter and invites visitors to enjoy a refreshing visit year-round.

- Toddler area with 85 m² of water surface—three pools, a slide, and a water play area
- Attraction pool with 330 m² of water surface—four 25-meter lanes, climbing rings, a swinging grotto, massage jets, floor jets, neck jets, and bubble seats
- Multifunctional pool with 150 m² of water surface—the optimal water depth for every class
- Year-round outdoor pool with 360 m² – four 25-meter lanes, bubble seats, neck jets, floor jets, and a TrioSlide
- Swimmer’s pool with 415 m² – six 25-meter lanes, single and triple diving platforms
- 100-meter tube slide
- Outdoor area with a terrace and lawn
- Bistro serving food and drinks

Two spaces for electric vehicles with charging stations are available in the parking lot in front of the city pool (fee applies).

Located right on the eastern shore of Lake Salzgitter (near the Salzgitter Hospital), the municipal swimming pool is easy to find and well-signposted.

There are plenty of free parking spaces available in front of the building.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel
Salzgitter-Lebenstedt has a train station connected to the regional rail network, with trains to Braunschweig every half hour. The Central Bus Station (ZOB) is located right next door. If you’re coming from Salzgitter-Lebenstedt, your best option is to take bus line 610, which stops right in front of the Stadtbad.
If you’re coming from Salzgitter-Bad, you can also take bus line 610, which will take you directly to the Stadtbad.
Visitors from Braunschweig can reach the Stadtbad by taking bus line 620 from the main train station. Social Media
