Nestled in the local recreation area on the southern edge of Salzgitter-Bad, the Thermalsolbad offers swimming fun in the saltwater wave pool and relaxation in the sauna area. The Thermalsolbad is an Epassi partner (formerly Hansefit).

- Sauna Land – featuring four different saunas, a saltwater relaxation pool, sensory showers, and a relaxation room

- Physical Therapy – for qualified, professional therapy, including a therapeutic exercise pool and a medical bath with a radiation device
In addition, the Salzgitter-Bad Thermal Salt Bath offers the T-RENA (T-RENA | German Pension Insurance) and RV Fit (Homepage | RV Fit ) programs.
The Salzgitter-Bad Thermal Salt Bath offers a wide variety of courses: from swimming lessons for beginners to health courses and preventive courses in accordance with Section 20 of the German Social Code, Book V (SGB V). The Milo course—“More Strength in Everyday Life”—is also available.
