- Built in 1930 at the Lürssen shipyard in Vegesack
- Taken over by the Steinhude Professional Sailing Club in 1966 and overhauled
- In 1990, the ship was completely overhauled and adapted to meet the demands of tourism
- Since 1990, it has been used for round trips and regular services
