Hermannsturm

The Hermannsturm is located at the highest point of the northern Teutoburg Forest. From here you have a breathtaking view as far as the Wiehengebirge north of Osnabrück on a clear day.

The tower can be reached via the "TERRA.Track Ganz oben" starting at the hiking parking lot at the fountain or from the Herrenrest via the Ahornweg. 

In addition to an adventure telescope ("ViScope") on the tower platform, which is unique in the region, as well as several seating and balancing bollards, visitors can also look forward to an oversized picture frame, which makes an excellent photo motif.
