Barefoot path
Experience nature with all your senses: Visitors to the barefoot trail use the sensitive soles of their bare feet to intensively experience the different surfaces while looking out over the ponds, forests and fields to the north of Werlte. Information boards provide information about the local flora and fauna.
Walking barefoot also boosts health and well-being: It strengthens the muscles, tendons and ligaments in different ways, keeps the joints flexible and stimulates the foot reflex zones.
