After booking, a deposit may be charged.
Payment is made in cash, by bank transfer, or with debit or credit card.
Cancellations up to 6:00 p.m. on the day before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations and no-shows will be charged 90% of the total price excluding breakfast. This condition applies to bookings of up to four rooms.
From five rooms onwards, separate cancellation conditions apply, which can be inquired directly at the hotel.
Check-in is possible at any time; the room is guaranteed from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival; check-out is possible until 12:00 p.m.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon agreement. Please contact us in good time if you need to discuss this.
The key handover takes place personally on site or via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival.
Baby cots can be provided free of charge upon request and depending on availability.
Pets are allowed (at a charge of €15/pet/night).
The city tax of XX€ per person/night is charged additionally on site.

Extra beds are not possible due to space limitations.
Meals: A breakfast buffet is offered for a fee of €25 per person.

The hotel is located in close proximity to the A7 motorway near Hanover and is therefore ideally accessible by car. The Einbeck Mitte train station with regional train connections to Hanover is about 1 km from your accommodation. It is approximately 100 km from Hanover Airport to the hotel.

Our reception is staffed daily from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
If you arrive outside of these hours, you will find your room key in a key box at the entrance door. We will send you all the information – such as the access code and everything important for your stay – in advance via email or communicate it to you by phone.
