The pre-authorization & payment is made in cash or with debit or credit card at check-in.
Cancellations up to 1 day before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the total price.
Arrival is possible from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival; departure until 12:00 p.m.
Other arrival and departure times are possible upon consultation. Please contact us in good time for arrangements if necessary.
The key transfer takes place personally on-site/ via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before arrival.
Baby cots are gladly provided free of charge upon request and availability.
Pets are allowed (for a fee of €15/animal/night).

Catering: A breakfast buffet is offered for a fee of €25 per person.

The hotel is located in close proximity to the A7 highway near Hanover and is thus easily accessible by car. The Einbeck Mitte train station with regional train connections to Hanover is approximately 1 km from your accommodation. The distance from Hanover Airport to the hotel is about 100 km.

Our reception is staffed daily from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
If you arrive outside these hours, you will find your room key in a key box at the entrance door. We will send you all the information regarding this – such as the access code and everything important for your stay – via e-mail in advance or inform you by phone.
