Kunst im nebenan - Sigrid Menzel

Sigrid Menzel began her love of art with the indisputable foundation of all painting—drawing—in order to train and open her eye to detail and spatiality, as well as to the harmony of forms, which also gave rise to a productive phase of aesthetic nude drawing.
After exploring a wide variety of painting techniques—including oil, pastel, and watercolor—she devoted many years to acrylic art, in which she developed a broad range of themes and motifs. Her oscillation between figurative and abstract painting opened up new perspectives.

The works are on view Monday through Friday and Sunday from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.
