Hofbesichtigung auf dem Biolandhof Freese

Our family farm has been a member of the “Bioland” association since 1985. We are proud to be among the 200 selected demonstration farms in Germany.

The farm tours are designed to familiarize consumers with organic farming, make our daily work more visible, provide deeper insights into the management of organically run farms, and inform them about where our food for daily needs comes from and what efforts are required to produce it. 

Schedule of the farm tour:

• Welcome and introduction to the Freese family and the farm
  

• Information on the certification procedures used

• Tour of the farmland near the farm and the livestock facilities

• Tour of the greenhouses and inspection of the fruit crops

• Information and discussion on crop care, irrigation techniques, heating systems, natural pest control, challenges posed by climate change, etc.

• Open, informal discussion over light refreshments
