We start at the parking lot in "Lahstraße" (at the cemetery) and take the direct route on the gravel forest path through the Lahwald. At the end of the forest, we turn left onto the sloping field path and reach "Bültener Straße". We turn right onto the asphalt road and follow the road until we reach the Haskampsmühle mill. Here we turn left onto the cycle path to Solschen. In Solschen, there is the opportunity to stop off at the restaurant "Zur Kastanie", Hauptstraße 1. After eating, it is possible to take a short digestive tour on the way back to Adenstedt. We therefore make a small detour via Bierbergen. We cycle through the village of (Groß) Solschen in the direction of (Klein) Solschen. We reach (Klein) Solschen via the cycle path between these two districts and turn left onto the asphalt field path. At the next opportunity we turn right and at the end we reach the unpaved field path branching off to the left in the direction of Bierbergen. We follow this path. The first section of this dirt track is difficult to negotiate. We reach the village of Bierbergen along the avenue of fruit trees. Here we turn off onto the cycle path towards Adenstedt and reach our starting point via the "Knippelkuhle"
