This scenic, approx. 23 km long route takes you past some of the best farmland in Germany and offers you sweeping views as well as various opportunities to rest and relax in the beautiful natural surroundings.

Von der ev. Kirche St. Laurentius in Hohenhameln begeben Sie sich auf die Rundroute Richtung Süden nach Soßmar über die Bruchgrabenbrücke nach Adlum. Am Ortseingang befindet sich ein Rast- und Grillplatz mit Spiel- und Grünflächen, auf denen insbesondere Familien mit Kindern aktiv ihre Freizeit gestalten können. Gestärkt und ausgeruht fahren Sie weiter auf der Erlebnisroute in die Ortschaft Hüddessum. Weiter geht es über Machtsum, vorbei an der voll funktionsfähigen Bockwindmühle, bis nach Borsum, wo Sie das Heimatmuseum zu einem Besuch in die Vergangenheit des Ortes einlädt. Auf dem Rückweg nach Hohenhameln passieren Sie die ländliche Siedlung Bründeln und durchqueren die Ortschaft Clauen, von wo aus Sie die Route auf eine ehemalige, stillgelegte Eisenbahnstrecke führt.

From the St. Laurentius Protestant church in Hohenhameln, take the circular route south to Soßmar via the Bruchgrabenbrücke bridge to Adlum. At the entrance to the village there is a rest and barbecue area with play areas and green spaces where families with children in particular can actively spend their leisure time. Strengthened and rested, you continue along the adventure route to the village of Hüddessum. The route continues via Machtsum, past the fully functional Bock windmill, to Borsum, where you can visit the home museum invites you to visit the village's past. On the way back to Hohenhameln, you pass the rural settlement of Bründeln and cross the village of Clauen, from where the route takes you onto a former, disused railroad line.
