The Hardegsen Wildlife Park is a worthwhile excursion destination for anyone who wants to take a relaxing walk in idyllic surroundings and learn a lot about the local wildlife in the process.
The wildlife park is home to over 100 animals from around 20 different species, including wild boar, donkeys, goats, red and fallow deer, mouflons, meerkats and ferrets. The small kiosk in the entrance building is also open at weekends.
The park consists of two parts at different heights, which are connected by a staircase.Good to know
