The home of Maya the Bee could well be Wietzendorf, because in our pretty vacation resort there are around 500 busy bee colonies, to which we owe the many delicious honey products that are available in our village on the Wietze river. Where sensitive bees feel at home, nature must be in order there. The holidaymakers and vacationers who are drawn to Wietzendorf time and time again appreciate this.
