The Sprengel Museum Hannover is one of the most important museums for 20th and 21st century art. The exhibition ELEMENTARTEILE presents the highlights of the museum until 2024: in ten chapters it offers an overview of the unique collection with works by Max Ernst, Donald Judd, Paul Klee, Yves Klein, Franz Marc, Emil Nolde, Pablo Picasso, Kurt Schwitters and Nikki de Saint Phalle, among others, which combines painting, sculpture, drawing and prints, photography and video. Changing special exhibitions complete the programme.
