Old lighthouse Wangerooge

Lighthouse

Built after the great New Year's flood of 1854/55 in what was then the east of the island. The population of Wangeroog also resettled there after the village sank at its old location in the west. In addition to the registry office, the Old Lighthouse also houses an island museum.

If you have any questions, please contact the registry office on 0 44 69 - 9 91 40 or standesamt@wangerooge.de
