Milchhof Kück mit Molkerei, Bauernhofklassenzimmer und mobilem Melkhus
Our traditional dairy farm with around 150 cows is located directly on the Oste-Hamme Canal in the village of Langenhausen near Gnarrenburg. We supply our dairy cows with GMO-free feed, mainly from our own farm.
1,500 litres of milk are processed every day in our own dairy!
We use the milk to produce prefermented milk, whole milk, milkshakes, yoghurt, drinking yoghurt, quark, buttermilk and whey and sell them on our farm, among other things. However, the majority is delivered. We supply private customers, caterers, hotels, kindergartens and schools twice a week. We also supply the Melkhüs with our dairy products.
You are welcome to visit us and take a look behind the scenes!
We are a learning centre of the BAUER e.V. support association. In our farm classroom, on a guided tour of the farm and on the educational milk trail, which is accessible at all times, you can find out how milk gets from the grass to the glass. You can even follow the production steps live through our dairy windowpane.
We are also happy to come to you with our mobile milking parlour!
In addition to the stationary milk rest stops in the district of Rotenburg (Wümme), the so-called Melkhüs, we also operate a "mobile milking parlour". And "mobile" means that we do not have a fixed location for our milking parlour. This mobility means that you can sometimes find us at a harvest thanksgiving festival in your neighbourhood and other times at the Tarmstedt exhibition, for example. We offer the same dairy specialities as the other Melkhüs in our URLAUBsregion. In addition to homemade treats, you will also find products from our dairy, such as milk drinks, drinking yoghurt and buttermilk, which we also supply to the milking parlours. If you would like to book the mobile Melkhus and team for your event, please contact us.Please drop by. We look forward to your visit!
