With a capacity of around half a million square meters, the exhibition grounds are one of the largest in the world and have been attracting exhibitors and visitors from all over the world for decades. With the leading trade fair HANNOVER MESSE, one of the most important technology events takes place in Hanover. Every year, numerous other leading trade fairs "made in Hannover" form the showcase to the world and impress with their individuality, internationality and variety of topics.

And the large number of trade and public exhibitions also underlines the high popularity of the location. The exhibition grounds have 24 exhibition halls & pavilions with an area of 392,453 square meters - a multifunctional ensemble with an architectural design full of character. An additional 58,000 square meters of open space offer almost limitless possibilities. Glass passages and various green & quiet zones ensure a relaxed yet productive atmosphere. As each sub-area has its own infrastructure, the West, Central & East areas can be used in parallel and separately from each other. Individual microcosms can be structured in such a way that short distances are guaranteed despite the extensive site.
