Those who enjoy climbing can conquer six different courses

The Surwold climbing forest offers six courses at different heights and with different challenges. Children up to the age of ten can test their climbing skills at heights of up to 1.80 meters. Real experts climb up to ten meters and overcome numerous obstacles up there. In between, there is a speed course with rapid cable car descents as well as courses with various elements such as treetop surfing, a net bridge or an angled path.

High altitude and challenges provide a pleasant thrill, but thanks to a sophisticated safety system, no one can fall off. This is why the climbing forest complies with the highest safety level (level E) of the climbing garden standard (DIN EN 15567).

The climbing tip for bad weather is the climbing hall in Werlte: 40 routes on ten ropes enable climbing adventures in the dry on 150 square meters.
