The largest thermal spa in the Lüneburg Heath
Nestled in the spa park of the Heide town, the Jod-Sole-Therme with its spacious bathing and sauna landscape and an attractive spa and vitality centre enables lasting relaxation. Thermal water at 32 to 35 degrees in the outdoor and indoor pools, sauna gardens, relaxation and quiet rooms and a comprehensive wellness and health offer ensure that you can leave everyday life behind and completely switch off.
Large sauna landscape in the Jod-Sole-Therme
From the herbal sauna, outdoor log cabin saunas, salt sauna, steam baths and sanariums, everything in the sauna landscape revolves around healthy sweating. The 70 degree warm brine experience room is built on stilts and can also be reached by lift. It is barrier-free and equipped with a sauna terrace and a panoramic relaxation room. The terrace offers views far across the spa gardens. A cosy fireplace corner and small graduation works are also part of this so-called SOLE & SALZWelt. The finely dripping brine is a refreshment for bronchial tubes and lungs.Iodine Brine: Healing Minerals in Thermal Water
Iodine brine is a natural remedy and was discovered in the 1960s during oil drilling. Since then, it has been bubbling up in the pools of the spa and has a healing effect on various clinical pictures - for example, on rheumatic and circulatory complaints, on respiratory diseases, for post-operative treatment and much more. The psyche also benefits from the iodine brine. Those who bathe in it therefore do something for their own health quite incidentally.Spa & Vital Centre in the Iodine Brine Spa
A wide variety of healing procedures are offered in the Spa & Vital Centre. Guests of the Spa & Vitalcenter can let themselves be pampered with massages with soap foam or hot stones, sound and aromatic oil massages or treatments from the South Seas or Ayurveda. Sensual, relaxing extras are the floating bath and the Rasul healing earth bath. In the floating bath, you float alone or as a couple in a pool of warm strong brine. Visitors to the Rasul healing earth bath enjoy a body scrub with nutrient-rich healing earth.Good to know
