Golf fans will find a golf school, a driving range and a 9-hole golf course on Wangerooge.

The "Golfclub Insel Wangerooge e. V." has been on the island since May 2007. Golf enthusiasts have a driving range and a 9-hole course (5* par 3, 4* par 4) around the grass runway of the airfield at their disposal. Playing golf on an airfield is unique in Germany and is associated with very special and extraordinary impressions. Guests are very welcome. It is worthwhile at any time of year and in any weather.

The Golfclub Insel Wangerooge works together with golf pro Kevin Conboy. Mr. Conboy has been a professional golf coach since 1989 and has managed the Coach Conboy golf schools in Austria. At the start of the outdoor season, from May, he will be available again for (taster) training and courses on the course daily from 10.00 a.m. by appointment, subject to good course conditions - please contact him on Mobile 01 52 - 56 20 22 69.
