The Friesentherme Emden is East Frisia's largest sauna, wellness and bathing area. 6 saunas at different temperatures are available to guests in the sauna area. The heart of the extensive sauna garden is the natural bathing pond. Waterbeds, swings and loungers offer the opportunity to relax, as does the wide range of facilities in the Friesentherme spa. The family-friendly pool has a 25-metre-long sports pool with starting blocks and diving platform for sporting activities. There is also space for fun and games in the teaching and adventure pool with a wave ball and hanging course as well as the paddling pool with slide. A special highlight is the convertible roof, which allows the pool to be converted into an outdoor pool in summer.
