Swimming Deck

Take a dip in our large saltwater wave pool, which is always kept at around 30 degrees. Feel the power of the North Sea. Here, you won’t have to worry about the “Blanken Hans.” Here, gentle waves roll in with a beautiful, steady rhythm, letting you feel the breath of the sea.
Just like a day at the beach... The adventure pool, featuring a grotto, a waterfall, a current channel, and a bubbling pool, spans 300 square meters. Among other features, it includes a “witch’s cauldron,” from which you can look down through underwater windows into the adventure pool below the water’s surface. For those who prefer it warmer: the whirlpool has a water temperature of 32°C, and the tropical steam room is even 42°C. The large toddler wading pool is also constantly heated to 32°C.
The Ocean Wave has dropped anchor next to a large lighthouse. Ocean Wave passengers can climb it and enjoy a magical view of the Ocean Wave and the Wave Park. Tickles in your belly! Roller coaster thrills! It’s a descent like a toboggan run—sometimes one big curve, sometimes three small ones—deeper, deeper, farther, farther down the 101-meter-long giant slide with huge fun and a massive splash into the landing pool—and everyone is safely back on board!

Two levels full of relaxation and enjoyment: The sauna deck spans 750 square meters and blends seamlessly into the maritime atmosphere of the luxury liner Ocean Wave. Various sauna and steam rooms are arranged around the large circular pool filled with authentic North Sea water. Waterfall showers, sauna buckets, various showers, foot baths, plunge pools, and whirlpools invite you to take a dip!

This is the perfect spot for sun worshippers and those craving some heat:
In the sauna garden, there are two rustic boathouses housing Finnish log saunas. If you really like it hot, this is the place for you! The dry heat out here is completely different from the muggy heat indoors.
