A general parking lot is available. There are two marked parking spaces for people with disabilities The surface of the path from the parking lot to the entrance is easy to walk and drive on.
There is a communication facility for seated use.
All rooms and facilities available to guests are accessible without steps.
Tables with wheelchair access are available in the bistro in the sauna area.

• Folding grab rails are available to the left and right of the WC.
• The shower is steplessly accessible
• A shower seat is available
• The following aids are available: Wheelchair
• A passenger lift is available for access to the pools. Alternatively, there are flat steps with a handrail.

• Public unisex WC is available
• There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the WC

 
Notes for people with hearing impairments and deaf people:

• There is a clearly perceptible visual alarm in the building
• There is no inductive hearing system

 
Instructions for people with visual impairments and blind people:

• Assistance dogs are not permitted
• The main entrance is visually contrasted with the surroundings and recognizable by a tactile floor covering change
• There are no revolving or rotating doors
• Information is provided in clearly legible writing. There is no good visual contrast between the signage and the background
• In the bistro in the sauna area, no menu is available in large print or Braille

• The name and logo of the establishment are clearly recognizable from the outside
• The destinations of the paths are usually within sight. An uninterrupted guidance system is available
• Signage is partly available as pictograms
