Bad Bevensen - a source of well-being

Bad Bevensen is the only mineral spa in the Lüneburg Heath. The small heath town is conveniently yet quietly located in the Hanover - Hamburg - Bremen city triangle.

Relax, switch off, come to yourself - this is particularly easy in Bad Bevensen. Here, guests can expect a green spa park in the middle of the town, a wide range of wellness and health offers, cosy accommodation and a charming old town with restaurants, cafés and small owner-managed shops. The iodine brine thermal spa, the wooded and water-rich nature all around and, last but not least, the heath offer attractive holiday and leisure opportunities for active and health-conscious people. Anyone who spends their holiday here will recharge their batteries and return home refreshed.

Jod-Sole-Therme

The proverbial Bad Bevens feeling of well-being sets in immediately when you immerse yourself in the warm healing waters of the Jod-Sole-Therme. Large indoor and outdoor pools invite you to take a leisurely and relaxing swim in the 32-degree water. The natural remedy iodine brine can help with a variety of illnesses or have a preventative effect. Other attractions at the thermal spa include a varied sauna landscape with a sauna garden, a SOLE & SALZWelt and a Spa & Vital Centre, where experienced therapists pamper you with soothing massages and treatments.

Kurpark

The extensive spa park is located adjacent to the thermal spa. With over 500 trees, rarities, a wide variety of plants and many seating options, the park is a relaxing and stimulating green oasis. Whether sundial, garden of the senses or sun trap - there are many beautiful places to discover in the Kurpark. In summer, the Kurpark is also the venue for the most beautiful open-air events such as the nature market, the pottery market or the Kurpark Nights. The modern Kurhaus also provides the best entertainment all year round with cultural events.
