Worpsweder Lichterfest
At the start of the dark season, Worpswede shines in a very special light. At the Worpswede Festival of Lights, the large parking lot in Bergstraße is transformed into a walk-through labyrinth of lights with over 1600 candles. Traditionally, the Festival of Lights starts with a lantern run led by the children of Worpswede elementary school. But anyone can take part. And sing along too! Of course, atmospheric music and refreshments are provided.
