Bad Sachsa invites you to the traditional Walpurgis Night in the spa gardens on April 30.
From 6 p.m., the grounds are transformed into a mysterious world full of music, fire and dark figures.
The musical prelude will be provided by the artist Frank Bode, before the main bands Anno-nym create an exuberant atmosphere with powerful sounds from 7.30 pm.
When night falls, visitors can look forward to a special highlight: a mystical fire show at 10 p.m., which will bathe the Kurpark in flickering light and give you goosebumps.
Another highlight of the evening is the appearance of Urian, who conjures up the dark powers of Walpurgis Night with his devil's speech. In addition, mysterious figures from the shadowy world of Südharz wreak havoc on the grounds and create an impressive atmosphere.
Impressive stilt walkers also parade through the spa gardens, creating a further visual highlight.
Food and drink are well catered for, with a wide variety of food and drink to suit every taste. The festive finale of the night is the traditional crowning of the May Queen at midnight.

Admission for adults costs 8.00 euros, with a guest card 7.00 euros, young people from 13 to 17 years pay 6.00 euros, children under 13 years have free admission (with appropriate proof of age).

Die Nacht der Teufel und Hexen – auch in diesem Jahr feiern wir Walpurgis im Vitalpark in Bad Sachsa
Ab 15.00 Uhr startet unsere Walpurgis-Veranstaltung 2024. Ponyreiten, teuflisch gute Stelzenläufer, eine Bastelstraße und Kinderschminken darf an diesem Tag nicht fehlen. Außerdem begrüßen wir auch in diesem Jahr wieder Jost Naumann mit verschiedenen Walking Acts. Damit die Sicherheit auf dem Besen gewährleistet wird, kann der dazugehörige Führerschein gemacht werden. Zur Abenddämmerung sind die Kleinsten zu einer Fackelwanderung um den Schmelzteich herum eingeladen.
Ab 19.00 Uhr streifen die mystischen Fabelwesen der Schattenwelt Südharz durch den Vitalpark Bad Sachsa. Ab 19.30 Uhr startet das Abendprogramm mit toller Live-Musik mit einer Partyband. Kurz vor Mitternacht erfolgt die Teufelsansprache des „unheimlichen Urian“. Durch die wunderschöne Maienkönigin wird der Teufel verjagt und der Frühling darf einziehen. Ob süß oder salzig – für das leibliche Wohl wird gesorgt.
