Vom Teufelsstein zur Sonnenuhr
Until 12,000 years ago, the whole of northern Germany was exposed to glacial climate extremes. This resulted in enormous accumulations of large and small erratic blocks in places. Where they can be found and what has become of them, why they were once considered the "devil's work" and why they have lost none of their fascination to this day, can be experienced nowhere better than in the densely wooded area around Vehrte. The bike tour is 35 km long and suitable for e-bikes.
