Event organized by the running section of the Hepstedt/Breddorf sports club with over 300 participants. Forest run and walk in the Ummel state forest. The meeting point is the sports field, Am Vierenberg in Hepstedt. Various routes are offered, from the Bambini run and school run to 5 km and 10 km; showers and changing rooms are available.
