NAFT are no ordinary live project - they are a collective state of emergency. The Belgian sextet transforms wind instruments into bass machines and trumpets into rave sirens. With four wind players and two drummers, the band fuses electronic ecstasy and analogue energy into a sound that drives, hypnotizes and liberates all at the same time. Born on the streets of Ghent in 2018, NAFT began as a spontaneous street band that got passers-by moving. Today, they play big festival stages and clubs all over Europe without losing their anarchic charm. Their music is created entirely live - without samples, without computers, just with instruments, sweat and a handful of effects pedals that transform trumpets and saxophones into synthetic creatures. At a time when much sounds digital, NAFT reminds us how physical electronic music can be: loud, pulsating, unstoppable. Their shows are less concerts than collective outbursts - moments in which rhythm, body and light merge into a frenzy.
