We cycle along Bramscher Straße to the Nette and follow it through Haste and past Knollmeyer's mill to Rulle. The way back takes us over the Gruthügel with the Karlsteinen to the foot of the Piesberg and along the Stichkanal back to the old town.
At the end of the tour we will stop for a bite to eat. Everyone is welcome in our diverse group!
The paths are mainly asphalted, partly gravel or forest paths.

A distance of 20 km is planned. It is a leisurely cycle tour. The speed on the flat is under 15 km/h. There are hardly any inclines on this tour or you can also push, if necessary we will wait.
