The cloister concerts open their season with an evening full of subtlety and enigmatic humor: in his program "Liebeslieder an deine Tante" (Love Songs to Your Aunt), the award-winning chansonnier Sebastian Krämer tells of pain, melancholy and ludicrous comedy in poetic, sometimes abysmal songs that defy any conventional pigeonhole. With visually powerful language, audacious harmonies and a very unique view of the absurdities of everyday life, this promises to be both a comforting and disturbingly beautiful prelude in the dreamlike ambience of the cloister.
