41st Walkenried Cloister Concerts - Emil Brandqvist Trio
The Emil Brandqvist Trio plays in the top league of European piano jazz formations and, following the success of "Layers of Life" (top of the German jazz charts) and 50 million streams, is now on tour with their new album Poems for Travelers. The poetic jazz from Sweden combines folk and classical influences with melodic beauty in the spotlight - Emil Brandqvist as "Europe's softest drummer" leads a trio that has been triumphing internationally since 2013.
