This hike takes you to the north of the district of Osnabrück - here you will find the idyllic Maiburg nature reserve.
The Maiburg is a 1000-hectare forest area and is located south of the village of Bippen in the north of the district of Osnabrück. The forest nature trail "Vosspäddken" consists of a northern and a southern part. Most of it runs through the Maiburg nature reserve. Each of the two trails is around 3.6 kilometers long. You can hike both routes, as the two routes can be easily combined on connecting paths.
