TERRA.track Hahlener Moor

In the eastern ffh conservation area of the natural Hahlen moorland, some parts have been rewetted. The moor can regenerate in the large, open area of raised bog that has been created by clearing, which is characterized by heather, cotton grass, birch swamp forests and moor grass. Information boards are set up along the nature trail to explain the formation of the moor and the flora and fauna that can be found there. The area can be viewed from an unusual perspective from a viewing tower. At certain times, it is advisable to walk on the moor with waterproof, sturdy footwear.
