The branch is located in the branch of the city library. Here you will find brochures, cycling and hiking maps, souvenirs and much more. There is an electric charging station with 2 parking spaces for electric vehicles directly in front of the entrance to the city library on the street "Bohlweg". In addition to the tourist information, the city library branch also serves as a gallery for local artists. Über die B6 oder B248 bis zur Abfahrt Salzgitter-Bad, Süd. Am Kreisel die Ausfahrt Straße "Gittertor" nehmen, immer geradeaus (wird dann Bohlweg) bis linkerhand der Marktplatz liegt.
Parken
Parkplätze stehen direkt vor dem Gebäude auf dem oberen Marktplatz kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Es ist eine Parkscheibe zu stellen, Parkdauer 1 Stunde. Achtung: Samstags ist Markttag, da sind die Plätze gesperrt. Dann bitte in der benachbarten Tiefgarage "Warnestraße" oder direkt an der Straße "Bohlweg" die Parkplätze nutzen - auch jeweils kostenfrei mit Parkscheibe.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel
Salzgitter-Bad verfügt über einen eigenen Bahnhof, der an das Regionalbahnnetz angeschlossen ist mit einer direkten Verbindung nach Braunschweig, nächstegelegener ICE-Bahnhof. Von dort aus sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Tourist-Information, man kann aber auch mit der Buslinie 603, 611 oder 618 vom angrenzenden Busbahnhof losfahren bis zur Haltestelle "Salzgitter-Bad, Bohlweg/Marktplatz".
