All areas relevant to the assessment meet the quality criteria for the “Accessibility Tested – Partially Accessible for People with Mobility Impairments” designation.

We have compiled some accessibility notes below. Detailed information can be found in the audit report.

• There are two designated parking spaces for people with disabilities (space dimensions: 350 cm x 500 cm).
• The path from the parking lot to the entrance is 65 m long. It is easily accessible on foot and by vehicle and has a maximum longitudinal slope of 5.5% over a distance of 6 m.
• The building is accessible without steps via the main entrance.
• Almost all rooms and facilities accessible to guests are step-free.
• Exceptions: The public restroom for people with disabilities is accessible only over a 3 cm high threshold.
• All doors and passageways accessible to guests are at least 78 cm wide.
• The service counter is 113 cm high at its lowest point. An alternative, equivalent means of communication while seated is available.

Public restroom for people with disabilities

• The restroom door opens with a Euro key.
• The maneuvering spaces are:
  in front of the toilet 130 cm x 187 cm,
  in front of the sink: 150 cm x 150 cm;
  to the left of the toilet: 12 cm x 51 cm; and
  to the right of the toilet: 94 cm x 51 cm.
• Grab bars are provided to the left and right of the toilet. The grab bar to the right of the toilet can be folded up.
• Accessibility under the sink is restricted by paneling, cabinets, or similar fixtures.
• The mirror is not visible while seated.
• An alarm button is provided.
