Tourist Information at Juist Harbour

Pay your guest contribution at the harbour. We are there for you in person at the counter or you can use our guest contribution machine (only possible if you have bought both tickets together). Here you can also get information about current events and buy tickets to them.

We are there for you with all kinds of questions and suggestions - our TIs are certified with the i-mark of the DTV as tourist information.

The Tourist Information in the harbour is open one hour before departure and one hour after the arrival of the island ferry.

You will find the tourist information office directly at the harbor. If you walk from Kurplatz along Bahnhofstraße towards the harbor, you can't miss the tourist information office. You can easily use the tourist information office at the harbour with a wheelchair.

The building and all rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for guests are steplessly accessible.
Passages and doors are at least 90 cm wide.
The information counter is 100 cm high at its lowest point.
Assistance dogs are permitted.
