Steinhude Beach Island
The beach island is an artificial island and covers 35000 sqm² with a beautiful sandy beach, sunbathing lawn and a large playground. The shallow shore zone is especially suitable for children and the whole bathing island is very popular with families. There are public toilets and you have the possibility to shower off. The bistro is right on the shore, where you can enjoy the sunset with a snack or a drink. During off season, the beach island can also be used as a surfing spot. Various events also take place during the season.
