Salzhausen: Schwimmbad "Am Waldbad"
The diving area features a one-meter and a three-meter diving board, as well as a five-meter platform. Another highlight for young and old alike is the water climbing structure, which was donated by the “Die Waldbadförderer” support association.
The toddler area has a two-part pool. These are connected by a small slide and have water depths ranging from 0 to 50 centimeters. A huge umbrella provides plenty of shade for the little ones.
Whether you’d like to take advantage of one of the many activities such as aqua-running or aqua-fitness, or simply want to enjoy a lovely day with your family at the outdoor pool, the Waldbad team is here for you.
On the approximately 8,000 m² sunbathing lawn, you’ll always find a cozy spot to soak up the sun and relax. For active fun and burning off some energy table tennis tables, our children’s playground, and a slackline are available in the pool area.
To satisfy your appetite, the kiosk offers a selection of hearty meals and cold drinks, as well as ice cream and other treats.

Early-morning swimming: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 6:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. (season pass holders only)
Monday: 1:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Tuesday through Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Last admission is no later than 45 minutes before closing time.
Please leave the pool at least 15 minutes before closing time.
