Das Innerstebad erreichen Sie mit dem Auto von Hildesheim aus über die B6 in unter einer halben Stunde. Noch schneller geht es per Zug mit der S4, die vom Hbf Hildesheim nach Sarstedt nur 15 Minuten unterwegs ist. Danach schließen sich ca. 12 Minuten Fußweg an. Auch über den Regionalverkehr des RVHI und den Stadtbus in Sarstedt zur Haltestelle Sarstedt, Innerstebad ist das Innerstebad schnell erreicht.
