Hallen- und Freibad "Waldbad" Uelsen
After two years of renovation, a water park was opened in the summer of 2011 that is unmatched in this region.
The indoor pool was expanded with an approximately 100-square-meter addition, and a 75-meter-long, multi-twisting slide with light effects was installed. Another new feature is a toddler area with jets and jungle-themed figures.
At the adjacent outdoor pool, the swimming lane was clad in stainless steel, and a current channel was installed. There is also a new children’s play area with a wading pool, small slides, and more.
