The excursion boat "Jantje von Dangast" offers daily trips on the Jade Bay from Dangast harbor during the summer season. Destinations include the Arngast lighthouse, the naval port in Wilhelmshaven or the Jade-Weser-Port.
The various round trips last between 1.5 and 4 hours and are accompanied by the team from the Dangast National Park House or by tour guides. Guests are welcome to ask questions about the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site and the sights along the route.
Guests can refresh themselves with snacks and drinks at the boat kiosk. Sunrise and sunset cruises with live music and barbecues on board round off the varied timetable.
Children of all ages are just as welcome as dogs on the ship, which is certified as particularly family-friendly and "Kinderferienland". The shorter trips of up to 2 hours are recommended for younger children.
