Das 7 Berge Bad erreichen Sie von Hildeseim aus per PKW in etwas über 30 Minuten, per Zug geht's zum Bahnhof Alfeld (Leine) noch etwas schneller. Vom Bahnhof zum Bad sind es dann noch ca. 1,2 km, die Sie per Stadtbus bis zur Haltestelle Alfeld(Leine) 7-Berge-Bad zurücklegen können.
